The management that runs this is one that the government has authorized to provide enough safety and maintenance of facilities in all the places where the public is admitted. These are actually big and wide, so that there is much room for the authorities to set up anything that is needed. The access road is Highway 70 and, as mentioned, it is congested when a lot of people go there.
