Paddle boarding is the latest water sport that has participants using a paddleboard and a paddle to propel themselves on the water. This sport can burn your calories easily and help you slip into that exercise mode. Besides, it does not offer any heavy pressure or strain on the body and is, therefore, a low impact exercise without any risk of injury.
Now we both will be able to use the same SUP and oar because it will adjust to my taller height, and his shorter height with just a couple of clicks. I am also buying Mike an adjustable oar for Christmas so the next time we are out in California, we can race to see who is the better SUP'er, and because he really needs a proper oar to compete with my hubby and me.
